Booking & payment policy

Payment: Online payment is required before service. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable. Same-day bookings are non-refundable.

Scope: Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, extra rooms, laundry volume, or requests outside the selected service.
